I love the patients and families I serve. I enjoy my coworkers. In the past this was a great place to work.

Cons

I feel overworked and under paid. I have spoken with management about this they seem not to care. The people getting promotions are the ones who suck up and tell management anything they want to hear. It's all about a few at the top you care nothing about the ones at the bottom. They force numbers down our throat when there's nothing we can do about them. Upper management does not care about patients there just a number which equals money.

I know I am working for a very noble purpose. My manager focuses on the mission. I am given clear goals and productivity standards so I don't have to guess if I am doing well. My manager praises me for a job well done.

Cons

The culture is trying to evolve to be more focused on the mission but there are growing pains. The work can be emotionally challenging.
