Pros

Great people, Great Trainers, Beautiful Views...

Cons

Being hired for a position but told that they will pick the position after the week is over, not told if pay will change when the right position is found for you. There is a mother room but why not build a drop in daycare for parents who have children and may have daycare issues sometime o had. new baby and coming back to work and would like baby close. Also 10 pto days is horrid and will not keep employees. I'm coming from a company where starting out you have 80 hrs vacation: 24 hous personal and 40 hrs sick. Also there needs to be flexibility in your schedule people again have children and may need to come in earlier or later or work from home on certain days due to restrictions or kids being in school, this should be allowed late arrival, make up later in the week..leave on time..to pick up kids from daycare or get a kid off the bus...also the first week is alot of information...maybe start off with a new hire breakfast and do small things through out the week to keep energy..donuts etc...the company will be great but there are alot of changes to be made...I also see no diversity in your leadership team which isn't good I'm out current world.

I'm glad to hear you think are trainers are great, we do to! During the interview process we discuss the Operations Analyst role where you participate in training for a week to learn the various roles. At the end of the week, our Operations Analysts join 1 of the 3 career paths in operations based on their skills, knowledge and preferences. All career paths start out with the same starting salary. We would love to be able to offer daycare resources to new parents. Unfortunately, that requires space, certifications, etc. Due to our size this isn't something we are able to offer right now, but would love to in the future! Our PTO starts at 2 weeks and increases to 4 weeks with tenure. Depending on the role, we are able to offer flexibility as we know everyone has other responsibilities outside of work. There is some positions, that need to work a set schedule due to their collaboration with other departments. I would suggest talking with your manager when these situations arise to explore if your work hours can be altered for that day. We are always looking to add more diversity to our team and will continue to do so as we grow.
