Pros

Everyone talks about the culture being awesome (which it is) but I wanted to mention a few other things. Great manager support- the leaders are always looking to give feedback and help push you to be better but it a good and constructive way. Fun environment to work in- sales is always a grind but the environment is fun and upbeat. Everyone is friendly and super easy to get along with!

Cons

401k Match is less than ideal but since it is something that almost everyone brings up I would assume that there is a plan in place to make it better as the company grows.

Coming into a Lower I was nervous as learning a new industry would be a learning curve. Here at lower they are extremely motivated to see you succeed. And that exactly is the atmosphere here is that you are working with a bunch of people who want to see you hit and surpass your goals. Everyone is willing to help and Lower offers a training program that sets you on the right path for success

Pros

From day one, everybody at Lower makes you feel very welcome and everybody is willing to help. The management is fun and there is more autonomy than I expected. If you're willing to put in the time and effort you can expect to learn a lot and also make a lot of money. While here, you'll learn both information about the mortgage industry, but also soft skills like fluid conversation. Which will not only help at this job, but also with the rest of your life. Lower is also growing rapidly, so there is always an opportunity to be promoted.

Cons

Starting the job can be very frustrating. You're compared to everybody else at the firm, some of which have been in the industry for years. It's pretty discouraging at first. 401k isn't great.
