      Pros

      The people here are EVERYTHING. They are wonderful, creative, hardworking people who all share a passion in our mission. I feel like the company is always trying to improve and come up with new ideas. Because of that, there is a lot of change constantly occurring. There are going to be things you dislike or disagree with at any company you work at, but Lower really does a lot to make it a great work environment.

      Cons

      Benefit premiums for families is expensive and 401k match is low. The market is difficult but I feel the company is actually doing well regardless. Also, feel like they should follow bank holiday time off schedules.

      Pros

      Lower is an amazing place to work, grow, and be successful!! Management has poured into me and put me into positions to succeed. They have given me clear guidance and resources to learn the mortgage industry and develop my sales abilities. The atmosphere of the company is extremely positive and is centered around development and growth. If you have a desire to be challenged and advance your career, then Lower is definitely the right place to do it!

      Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      This place has an absolutely amazing team- the level of talent is incredible, and everyone is positive and eager to help each other out. The company is always looking for ways to streamline processes to cut down on wait times and busywork. Leadership is communicative and personable as well. Overall, Lower is a great place to be!

      Cons

      The 401K match is rather low, and health insurance costs increased this year.

You are correct that we are always looking on ways to improve processes and improve experiences for our customers as well as our employees. Unfortunately, as health care continues to rise, we did have to make the decision to increase some of our benefit premiums as well, but we were able to avoid raising the cost on some of our plans.
