The fast paced, high energy, and stimulating work environment is something that most employees see as a positive vs. a slow paced, low energy, repetitive work environment. It's not for everyone though which is why we try to be as transparent as possible in our interview process regarding what the responsibilities of the position require and fully disclose that a working for one of the fastest growing companies in Ohio is going to be fast paced.
