Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take great pride in the people we hire to make a great work culture for all! I wish you would have given us more detail on how the communication was unclear. We provide weekly Friday morning meetings to go over the stats from the week and how it compares to prior weeks or months, a monthly all hands to go over company goals and performance as a whole, and then have broadcasts sent out from training and operations a few times a week that highlight new trainings and updates going on both in the company and within the industry. If you would like to provide any additional feedback, please reach out to our HR team regarding how we can further improve our communication to the company.
