Pros

-You get the chance to make a serious impact -You are selling the best recruitment automation software on the market -The team is incredibly intelligent/young/fun/positive -Compensation is phenomenal -No micro management -Company/leadership is open to new ways of doing things. You are given a lot of leeway. -You get to talk to cool people all around the world :) -This company is on a mission. It has every intention of becoming the market leader (if it isnt already) with the team to do so. Hyper-growth stage with lots and lots of opportunity. Very grateful to be working here
