Pros

Great place to work Solid team Great product Fast growing Above market comp If you're serious about your career and want to grow quickly, there's no other choice in the market. This company has grown like a weed during my employment and everyone has leveled up their career because of it.

Cons

You have to pull your weight and be willing to work hard and be accountable to your teammates. It is not for everyone who is hoping to get a remote job and hide from their responsibilities. The turnover is extremely low, so the bad reviews you see are probably from the few angry team members that were let go and are frustrated that they are no longer part of this special team and company.

Pros

Really great team to work with! Your team members are crazy intelligent and supportive of anything you need. The company moves fast and responds quickly to market needs which is a fun culture to be a part of.

Cons

It is a startup so it comes with growing pains, but the problem is that the company has been around for almost 8 years and is still experiencing growing pains as if they were a year 2 startup. You will grow quickly because you need to fill the role, but there are no formal development opportunities and promotions are handed out like candy to encourage retention but do not represent actual career growth.
