Pros

Great company to work for, they are a direct company, you will definitely increase your customer service skills, there is room to grow in the company, managers and regional managers are very respectful and helpful

Cons

For being an insurance company, we as sales agents have to dress professionally and you would assume we would also be getting paid well, but no it’s the minimum with incentives, we should be paid more hourly considering there is no commission.

Pros

Good pay if you stay long enough

Cons

Sure pay is “good” and overtime is allowed but only because they're wildly understaffed and you’re over- worked. Supervisors will flat out tell you you’re replaceable and they don't need you. Horrible environment. You will be burned out the moment you hit the floor

okay place to start

Pros

-a good place to start with paid training -good for someone looking to get into insurance with 0 knowledge or experience

Cons

- work hours are not regular office hours like(9-5) it is 8:55 to 7pm and if you get a customer at 6:59 you have to stay and complete the transaction which can take up to an hour ( this would be great if you wanted the extra hours ) but they do not do any over time so if you have a lot of late nights management will make sure you are right at 40 hours by making you take longer breaks or coming in late. - being in the sales office just means that if any other department is falling short or short-staffed you will be assigned all their duties at no extra pay. while still having to meet you own quota and maintain the office. - constant in office complains about claims and having to send the customers on an endless loop with them with no resolution. - pay is lower than everywhere else but if looking into this field long-term it can be a good place to start.
