STAY AWAY from this company they are very short staff and will throw a lot of work load not even worth the pay. No room for growth and when you do try to grow with the company they will make sure it won’t happen. Very micromanaged …. You feel more like a kid constantly monitoring your ever move .

they help you get your auto insurance license and refund you the cost after completing one year with the company.

Cons

management cares more about $$ than it's employees. there is no good benefits unless you're a manager. moving up is super hard bc there's no opportunities to do so. management made you feel guilty and write up a report when calling out. no bonuses. work hours are not great and schedules ar not flexible.
