They don’t have good competitive insurance rates therefore they lose a lot of clientele a lot of the employees work long hours and work six days a week. You sell auto insurance but you don’t make commission at all!!! No bonus!! You’re paid hourly the starting pay is $15 an hour and the highest you can go is $18 (based on seniority )managers get paid $17 an hour starting off. There is no overtime, unless it’s approved. They told us if a customer is outside the door even after we close we have to open the door if they want to buy insurance. I don’t know how that’s legal to force someone to stay at work! There is no maternity leave! The PTO is only 40 hours And only gain 5 hours extra a year. They never want to give you a day off because they always count on you to open the office. If your heater is broken during the winter they still make you come in to work. You cannot grow in the company there is no room for growth.

It's a bad environment to work in, they don't care for their employees. They are stuck in the past with management traditions no longer used. They create bad morale and they prey on employees living pay to paycheck.
