poor management, no overtime, a lot of work and not enough pay, extensive training

Everything. No good training. No good management Wont pay for an armed truck so they make you drop their cash at the bank. They will say they pay you for it but they dont. They add 1 dollar to you paycheck for every drop. Which is not nearly enough for the 15 min drive you will have to take, waste your gas, deprecate your vehicle and assumed liability since they make you clock out before you drive their money to the bank. There is not real manager they just choose CSR that do not ask questions give them an extra $1 per hour and have them micromanage the other CSR. You will never ever see any overtime, they will make you take 2 hour long lunches or make you go home early even if the reason you had over time was because of a customer. They purposely higher young people with no experience so they are able to get away with terrible practises you wouldn't see anywhere else.
