Pros

Your coworkers are in the same boat as you. They understand your struggle. I love my office mates, and I know my office manager, despite the meager support from corporate and upper management that she gets, is really trying.

Cons

Corporate does not care about their CSRs. You will never hear from them, ever. They do not reach out. They do not provide company updates. And the hourly pay is horrendously below industry average. Overall, the impression is that the company has zero idea what it is, what it’s trying to do, and what it wants to be.

Culture is terrible. The upper management is devious and underhanded in their practices. There is a lot of racism and a lot of hate towards women who rise in the ranks. It is very much a man’s world. There isn’t a lot of movement potential as a female and the values of the company don’t align with how upper management behaves. I saw a manager refuse to give someone off on their wedding day. She had to come in and work before her ceremony. She quit shortly after but for whatever reason came back a few years later to the company and brought up that fact as much as she could.
