Pros

Get experience with govt contract work with minimal experience needed.

Cons

Management definitely has their favorites and is unorganized. Work ethic does not matter unless you are part of the popular crowd. HR screwed up PTO and Salary multiple times and make you pay for it. They cater to their recruiters while the people managing the contracts get zero bonuses or perks.

Pros

Nice location and co workers

Cons

Everything. Hired for a lead position and then 2 months later the recruiter she would have to take the position back and give a regular position dropping the pay. Every 2 weeks making you sign a new job description. Changing the rules for leaving and must stay for 3 months after quitting and if you don’t see everybody that they scheduled you with, you would have to stay until everybody was seen even if they no show or they will turn you into the board of nursing/medicine. No vacation for a yr. No paying correctly. Showing up to a job to have no access to the computer or time card, management did not know anything about it and then a month later being told that you voluntarily quit because you didn’t sign all of their new hire forms when the computer showed that they were filled out over and over again. I was also harassed with licensing issues. I have 3 different state licenses and I was told they would fire me if I didn’t renew license that I never had. I was told that I had to straighten it out on my vacation without pay or they would fire me and turn me into the board. I showed upper management the licenses that I had and the ones they were demanding that I renew that I’ve never had. He told me he only cared about the license in the state I was working in and that was valid for another 1 1/2 yrs. You were required by management take an hr lunch in addition to 2 (15) minute breaks, making your work day really long

Thank you for honest feedback. Your review will be assessed with our leadership team as we are unsettled to hear of your experience. Loyal Source strives to lead with trust, transparency, and accountability. The contractual landscape changes and policies can be tedious and strenuous, but with proper communication can be navigated efficiently and respectfully. We take harassment very seriously and urge anyone who feels they have been treated unjustly and unfairly to reach out to our HR department. Though we found your situation to be rare, we want to sincerely apologize for this inadmissible situation.
