HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Pros

The idea of them caring about helping you through the training period is awesome … but all smoking mirrors

Cons

They do not give you an idea of the expectations so you know what you should be working towards.. instead throws you a bunch of training and work and fake smiling faces about how “you can ask all the questions you need to - don’t worry we know it’s a lot to work to take in” and give you 2.5 weeks because the first week is all training and then 2nd week you’re trying to figure out what’s what so the 2.5 weeks you have your just getting warm and then they FIRE YOU because you are not up to par??? Why would you go through all that to just let someone go without even a chance .. one month with a REAL TOTAL of 2.5 weeks of actual work getting warmed up and you are not good enough? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE and they talk about BEING PART OF A FAMILY? so you just spit people out like you take them in super quick?? We are people humans and you should be a little more REALISTIC !! Oh and let’s not add how you don’t even care about people’s pay or getting their pay right .. employees don’t get paid and you guys are like oh well next paycheck like nothing because it’s NOT YOUR PAYCHECK … these folks are just running an assembly line and at the end of the day YOU ARE DEALING WITH REAL LIFE HUMAN BEINGS WITH FAMILIES !!!

Nothing really ; go work to other agency

Watch your paycheck ! Mine is missing money all the time ; then they make mistakes and dont pay you for like 3 weeks ... pay attention on what you sign with then; they promise you one thing and then screwed you up in thw end. I am quitting

Compensation is much less than advertised HR is totally unresponsive Management consistently says “let me look into that and get back to you” but then rarely does Rude and uninformed “ops” folks managing clinicians Poorly conceived changes rolled out “effective immediately” and subsequently walked back
