Pros

Great colleagues, some manager are great, upper management believes they are better than the actual people who produce.

Cons

Low pay rates, commissions are not consistent and company does not keep others updated on changes. New lay-offs were handled unprofessionally by management. Will make you feel as if you are the reason for the downfall of the company.

Teammates are great, remote Fridays

Cons

Management is insanely biased, they ask for feedback just to punish you for your responses. There’s no way to rate and judge your managers during review season but they can say what they want about you. Pay is so low it’s crazy

Laid back, easy-going, better pay than other jobs in the area.

Cons

They WILL take you off of the schedule with only a day's notice if you're lucky. Doesn't happen too often.
