      Nothing comes to my mind.

      Cons

      Never worked less than 60 hours in a week. The GM has no people skills and stuck in the 1980's mentality of running a restaurant. A day off was usually interrupted with a manager meeting. Back to back 15 hour work days. I'll stop now while I'm being nice.

      I really wish that I could say one good thing about the company

      Cons

      They don't care about people, working for them or dining in one of their venues. They shoot first and ask questions later. Should you need anything at the corporate level, good luck, they will transfer obligation and phones costantly. I will never return and wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

      Pros

      Luby's is a great place to learn all aspects of our profession. Junior (assistant managers) will learn cooking from scratch , customer service and all aspects of the industry. Second men (Associate managers) receive quality continuing education from corporate as well as a chance to handle any and all activities that arise.

      Cons

      Hours particularly in a three men shop can be rough. I have worked more than a few 80+ hour weeks during my tenure. The Company is a times very stressful to work for.
