Pros
The salary is competitive with other food service companies, the training is excellent, and the company has a good corporate culture at the home office.
Cons
Be prepared to work long hours under very stressful conditions. General managers are given far to much leeway in how they manage their units--because of this, it is pretty much the luck of the draw as to whether you will have a good work environment or not. Don't count on corporate to settle any harassment issues unless they could lead to a lawsuit--they are very slow to address hostile work environment.
