      Pros

      Vehicles are impressive Lucid is always hiring (just in very specific teams) but this is also due to the high turn over rate. Average Benefits for the most part.

      Cons

      No career growth. Very easy to get stuck in the same role forever if you are not buddies with your manager or other higher level management, They don't promote by skill but by who they like the best or were friends with before coming to Lucid. Lucid hires way too many managers and not enough actual workers to do the work. It seems like each worker has like 4+ managers telling them what to do. This just slows everything down and gets very hard to accomplish anything. Horrible management & leadership Very high turn over rate. Never listens to the actual employee concerns and feedback. So many good ideas are voiced but are ignored for no logical reason.
