Internal frictions abound. Rawlinson's legacy harbors discords between teams. Management hires people who can do the work only temporarily but soon they get burnt out and leave but the turn-n-burn does not cease. Very little stability in demanding workflows. Very little structure and oversight in how workers are treated. Too many "little Caesars" within groups that "rules with a iron hand" does not get far. It's very unfortunate because product / design is still the best in the industry but other manufacturers are catching up. It's probably best if they cash out to Toyota, Honda or Hyundai who can make it work.

Horrific culture, the most toxic work environment I have ever been in with over 20 years experience I don't understand how the company is still around. The PMO and IT organization while they say they are a startup, they operate like a dinosaur company utilizing Project MGT techniques used 15 years ago before we all became agile. I would routinely spend weeks working on a project plan for executives and the actual execution would take a week... total joke after coming from a fortune 5 company where we produced hire quality products with less time.
