      Pros

      Lucid is a fantastic software company, helmed by a solid and experienced executive team committed to growing the correct way. They care deeply about work/life balance and are dedicated to providing stability for their team members while still providing the growth potential associated with a Silicon Slopes Unicorn.

      Cons

      The company could use a little bit of maturing as it relates to travel policy and spending, however, I am torn because I like the fact that they are fiscally responsible.

      Stuck in Product Led Growth: Growth/Revenue is Going Downhill

      Pros

      The people are great, and work life balance is solid.

      Cons

      Not an enterprise ready solution by any means. Average deal size is 2-3k and reps essentially sell on pricing/contract structure. Our suite is a great product but not business critical enough to roll-up to executes/C-Suite folks so that we can sell to strategic company initiatives. The motion here always has been and is very much still PLG - Selling on use-cases to small user groups and/or selling on price/contract structure to IT.

      Lots of lovely, smart people to work with. Customers like the product, I like the product. Good job mobility. Consistent attention is given to improving internal processes. Good mentorship opportunities. Good flexibility around work/life balance. Lots of opportunities for ownership

      Cons

      Slowly I'm seeing many things I loved about Lucid vanish. Pay is nothing to brag about. Transparency into senior management's decisions has significantly faded since I began. Feels like employees might be getting pushed into the backseat in place of investor interests. I'm constantly training junior engineers.
