      Pros

      My coworkers and managers were some of the best people I’ve ever worked with and regularly keep in touch with. Lucid has a very good reputation in the Utah tech community, and having that on my resume has proved beneficial several times.

      Cons

      Pay didn’t seem to scale with seniority as well as I would have liked, changing jobs meant a significant raise, and I wish it hadn’t been that way.

      Pros

      Transparent leadership team that knows what they're doing. Continual investment in taking product to the next level. Culture of really smart, innovative people. Retreat with 2-3 days of fun and team-building. Good pay with generous benefits.

      Employees Come First

      Pros

      Employees come first at Lucid. They really care about being an excellent employer that takes care of their employees. Leadership is very engaged and accessible. Pay is on par with industry and region. Lucidchart is an excellent product with room for a ton of growth. The culture is collaborative and not competitive, which has been so refreshing for me.

      Cons

      I started off unhappy with my compensation, but they have been very willing to raise it quickly as I've demonstrated excellent performance. No current complaints.
