      Pros

      High energy, top notch engineering team. Working with very bright people to solve interesting problems. Great opportunities for future growth. Annual company hackathon is awesome. Great new office with a climbing wall. Awesome company retreats.

      Cons

      Sometimes needed positions aren't filled quickly (management is dedicated to hiring top talent which is a good thing, but takes time).

      -Very fun place to work, flexible work hours (as long as you get your work done) -Free food everyday -Unlimited sick time -Team activity budget

      Cons

      -Very poor pay -No career advancement plans, difficult to get promotions and higher pay -Very bureaucratic politics and upper managers have micromanagement problems
