Small business, and everyone works well and compliments each other. Opportunities to work at home, customer sites, or at the company home site pending customer requirements. Great capture team to land future contracts, great outlooking pipeline. Heavy hitting personal network Ability to do as much work as you'd like, up to you to manage for yourself, entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged. Can learn a lot from the varied experience on the team, always engaging new technology.
Cons
Can fall to the small business woes at times, all depends on your take on small business Only offer HSA policies for medical, just not a personal preference of mine
