They Type of Company I Was Looking For

Pros

Very family-like atmosphere, from the ownership down to the newest employees. The company is very flexible in the work options available to employees and isn't afraid to hire someone because they don't have a particular bullet point on the resume. They know good talent when they see it and try to bring out the very best in everyone.

Cons

I have no negatives to say about the company.

People, honesty, integrity, encouragement/support to expand outside my comfort zone and evolve in new business areas, benefits, flexible work hours/location, knowing that everyone is working toward long term success together

Cons

Headquarters is far from home.

Pros

compensation people benefits 401K. The company has a lot of side jobs available to people who have the time to work besides their full time job.

Cons

location for me is important, so the fact that they do not have a NJ presence is an issue
