Pros

Lufburrow & Company runs as a creative, entrepreneurial organization. Creative thinking is encouraged, with a focus on getting things done for the customer.

Cons

Havre De Grace is a bit off the beaten path, which is why so many of the employees work remotely.

Employee centered employer that constantly offers challenges and new opportunities to staff. You'd be hard pressed to find a company that cares more about their staff and clients.

Pros

Even though I have only been working at Lufburrow & Company for a few months, I can honestly say that this has been a great career move for me. I feel like a valued member of the team and enjoy that I get to wear many hats. I am always encouraged to think outside of the box and to be self-motivated Lufburrow & Company encourages a healthy work/life balance and I appreciate the flexible work environment/ability to work from home.

Cons

I am looking forward to having our office location finished.
