Pros

WFH options, decent pay, decent PTO

Cons

The way timesheets work here, you’re often left either overworked or without billable time, and either way, as a writer, you’re punished for it. Company focus is entirely on output and productivity with no helpful feedback given to the actual quality of your work. Toxic and mean behavior is allowed on teams. Micromanagement is common. Senior members of the team are often uncommunicative and overworked, and junior members of the team are left out of discussions. Writers are kept isolated from one another on projects. Poor communication means that things may change on the fly and projects will go over budget. Few opportunities to do engaging work, the work you are given is mindless and repetitive. Path for career progression is unclear. Would not recommend working here, especially if you’re just starting out in your career.

Pros

Pay used to be ok, but with all the increase in our workload, we haven't got a raise.

Cons

Terrible culture, lots of fighting inside management, yelling, cursing, it's a horrible place to work for! A lot of employees had left at the same time, and we're left with an enormous amount of work that we can't keep up with. It's exhausting!!
