Employees are the afterthought

Pros

Good coworkers. Some are just okay. Collaborative. No shortage of work because of relationships with big pharma. Great client list. UK and US employee base.

Cons

Illuminati has no mission. Still operates like its the nineties. The new company is just a corporate consolidation to benefit the private equity board with lavish bonuses with benefit to employees an afterthought. Management desperately trying to figure out how to combine businesses. Culture clash. Management can be rude and resistant to change. Bonuses are no longer guaranteed.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad to see that you feel that Lumanity has good, collaborative co-workers and a great client list. While we continue to grow Lumanity and bring many different capabilities together into a cohesive Global team, we understand that at times it can feel challenging and fast-paced. If employees do feel this way, we encourage them to have an honest open dialog with their managers or local HR representative so we can work to better the overall employee experience.

Abusive environment

Pros

Smart people, historically good work but that may be changing.

Cons

Poor integration with Lumanity thus far, extremely chaotic overall environment that has permeated the group over the last few years. Overall sense of milking employees for all they are worth and stifling dissent. Below average compensation not in line with working hours.

Pros

Terrific teammates, made challenges easier to overcome.

Cons

Clarion throws you into the deep end with minimal support, expecting you to learn by osmosis while drowning in client deliverable. Career development? More like a self-serve buffet with nothing but empty platitudes and promises.

Firstly, thank you for the candid feedback. We are thrilled you had terrific teammates who helped you overcome challenges. Building a supportive, collaborative culture is one of our top priorities. We're sorry to hear that your onboarding and training experience did not meet your expectations. Providing proper guidance and support to new team members is very important to us. Your advice about analyzing our onboarding program and assigning mentors is well-taken. We will be reviewing our processes to see how we can better set up new hires for success from day one. We are committed to continuously improving based on input from valued former employees like yourself. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Molly Dunifon Head of Talent
