Pros

If you're looking for something that pays really well and you are decent at selling products, it's not a bad job.

Cons

If you plan on using their tuition assistance program, make sure whatever you major in has online courses. They are not flexible with hours at all and do very little to help. Also, if you are female and happen to get pregnant, try not to miss to much time. They will fire you no matter how far along you are without any remorse. Plus, the supervisors will lie right to your face.

Benefits were really pretty good

Cons

Hired me without an interview claiming I would be doing customer service, turns out it was nearly all sales and I had never had a sales job before, they didn't give me much time to learn how to sell and before I knew it I was out on the street and the site was shut down a couple months later. I think things have probably changed though, when I started there it was Qwest and nobody knew the metrics to use for Centurylink, I think if they had I would have been there to the end. I enjoyed selling though and it has set me up for other sales jobs, I would go back though.
