Great infrastructure footprint across the US

Cons

Vwry unorganized. mismanagement of services provided. More and more customers are choosing self service due to inadequate headcount and services promised when the account is 1st set up. White glove service is soon translated to the glove one feels when going to the proctologist. Would not recommend.

Affordable benefits, FTO, not much else

Lack of leadership, selfish management, no opportunity for growth, no team collaboration or communication, you are on your own to try to figure out how to get your job done (or even understanding what your job is as it changes regularly) in an ever changing landscape of management, tools and lack of training or even advisement of new tools. Products change constantly and you'd better do your research because they are not telling you much about it other than maybe a few sentences on a company wide call or an email. The sales alignment restructuring this year has been a giant challenge with all parties involved given different competing goals. Good luck if you want even a cost of living raise - not happening for close to a decade now - and they keep finding ways to take money from you while telling you (brainwashing you?) how great the company is doing. This used to be a good place to work but has gone steadily downhill for 8+ yrs.
