Lumen reviews

Very siloed. Lacking diversity and company culture. Processes are clunky and complicated. I was working for a network company and came to Lumen in hopes to use it as a path out of the telco space, and into an all-around tech sales role. Lumen claims that they are a "technology" company, but they are still very much a network company and are seen as such in the market. The depth of the product portfolio seems appealing, but they don't have a strong enough presence or story to tell anywhere outside of the network space.

Increasing amount of work, no increase in salary for cost of living or merit. No real training, they expect you to figure it out and will absolutely set you up for failure in a role. Benefit quality is decreasing.
