Benefits are good. Health, 401k match, PTO.

Cons

They got rid of annual merit increases in lieu of performance based increases but when you try and get a performance based increase “it’s not in the budget”. If you try and apply for another position, you can only get so much of a pay increase based on your current salary, regardless of experience. Leadership is revolving door. Everytime a new Director / VP comes in they try to reinvent the wheel and never ask or listen to the IC’s as to what needs to change or what will work to improve things.

Pros

Remote work possible. Otherwise, nothing that you can't get in any other company of that size and industry.

Cons

Company grew by acquisitions without investing in integrating and merging of acquisitions. Getting anything done becomes slow and burdensome. A culture where responsibility and accountability are not upheld. Ego and politics seem to be more prominent than elsewhere. Weak management from the top down.
