      They provide benefits and paid time off

      Cons

      A stressful job with minimum pay, you go through 6 weeks of intense training learning multiple systems, soon as you feel like you might got the hang of things they throw you into training again for another complicated job to add on to the job you already have. Customers are always upset and frustrated but you can’t blame them. Lumen (CenturyLink) provides insufficient service and TECHS Do not do their job. Management is always on vacation months at a time . So they do not actually build relationships with their team members , just throw numbers at the team at the end of the week. The turner over rate here is high for a reason.

      Avoid at all cost

      Pros

      The pay is fair, mainly due to the union contract, coworkers for the most part are enjoyable to work with. They provide good work equipment and vehicles.

      Cons

      Upper management is actively stripping the company apart and selling it off as fast as they can. You will have NO job security here as they are laying off as many people as possible and then trying to hire new lower payed workers and contracting as many jobs they can.

      They pay you, and a flexible work environment

      Cons

      No support from management, unclear assignments, Poot leadership, management does not care if you succeed or not. Very toxic culture.
