      Pros

      The only good thing about working at CTL was the benefits. Because of the size of the company these were very good.

      Cons

      Sales management at just about every level is a clown show. Too many of these 'leaders' hamper sales and account growth through poor judgment and misguided decisions. There's some great talent at CTL/Lumen that's getting wasted. It's a very frustrating place to work for an independent-minded, self-starting, successful sales person.
