      The pay is great thanks to the Union

      Cons

      CEO Upper Management Field Management No sense of being a team Although there is a Union, the company still gets away with an awful lot. Poor decision making Spending more money trying to tie up techs rather than putting it where it should be going.

      Different Name, Same Company

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with some very sharp minds in both local leadership and technology. Most people want to do well for the customer and company. Lots of technical solutions to help customer organizations.

      Cons

      Sr. Leadership shuffles the deck every 6 to 12 months. New roles for employees, new customer base, eliminate one group to add another. The company is so big that is very difficult to get anything done. They still operate on two different networks (Green and Red networks), which delays so many customer installations and implementations. Too many people within the organization use "not my job" as a crutch without regard to customer experience.

      Work Life Balance - Depending on your manager though

      Very internally disorganized, way to complicated to complete a sale, get passed around to much, very little recognition or appreciation, micro management, passive aggressiveness from manager
