      Running Company into the ground

      Pros

      Peers were great to work with, with overtime available

      Cons

      The leadership of the company seem to be doing everything they can to run the company into the ground. They are reducing their work force by half this year and eventually contracting all employees out to contractors. They don't seem to care much about the customer or employees just want to make their money and really don't care how. There is a lot of wasted money spent by the company.

As the needs of the business change, we must evaluate our strategy and transform accordingly, to ensure we are able to meet customer demands and remain an industry leader. Unfortunately, at times that means lay-offs and/or reorganizations, are needed to drive our transformation. Those decisions are difficult and are not something we take lightly.       Dying slowly

      Pros

      If you're just looking for a paycheck, there's little accountability and it's easy to just pass the time and get paid

      Cons

      No accountability from leadership which filters down so it's impossible to get things done Systems and processes are antiquated and inefficient. Management has identified that, but has not made obvious progress changing them. It has become an acceptable excuse to delay work by blaming processes or pushing work to other groups
