First, the job listing is Technical Support Representative, but when you get hired it magically changes to Repair Support Technician, that's incredibly misleading and also kind of unethical to bait and switch people like that.

Two primary responsibilities of the Technical Support Representative role are; provide solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems, and to work with customers to identify service-related needs and provide appropriate solutions.
