Strong medical benefits are offered.

Cons

So big that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. The acquisition of Level(3) was rough for everyone and senior management doesn't know how to proceed.

Covid-19 has kept management WFH

Cons

Total detachment of management from reality, Workload is unsafe for field techs, PCs are over 10 years old and apps flake out all the time, IT support is off shore with limited help, Managers that don’t manage and higher ups who don’t care, Morale is dismal or non existent, No appreciation for work done, No transparency, Goes no and on

Good Benefits. A lot of incentives. Commission structure is good. Off on the weekend Pay day every 2 weeks and commissions once a month

Cons

Working here was a very disappointing experience. The mentor while you are on training had no patience. Also you had to share your sales until you "graduated" so making quota was double the effort. Senior people unwilling to help you in all departments. My class had 20 people only 4 were there when I left.
