Horrible management, unreachable sales goals, no praise or sense of accomplishment at this job. Sales quotas cannot be met because, the management picks and chooses where incoming calls are routed. Therefore, some employees never get a chance to make sales quota. Extremely stress filled job with management not making the job any better. Constantly being screamed at by dissatisfied customers, whom I usually agree with, and you listen to the complaining and then try to sell them internet that does not consistently work.

The company is prone to shiny object syndrome and tends to lose focus on upper management priorities. More time and resources should be spent dealing with the realities of security issues related to cloud platform enablement for both internal and external clients.
