No much technical exposure.But yes you get enough on the field or application .

1) No scope for real development, most of the projects are just being upgraded to present technology which are still lagging behind. 2) Most of the newly appointed resources are of lower skill, just to handle the maintenance of legacy projects. 3) Recent acquisitions have made the budget tighter, resulting in cost cutting, lower compensation and virtually zero employee appreciation. 4) Managers and higher level have been here too long and are very slow paced when it comes to project initiation & execution. 5) Hikes and promotions are visibly biased. 6) HR department is adding no value to the organisation and is non-existent/non-reachable to the employees. 7) Future of the company is not secure, core revenues are declining and the India Division is looking to step into IT services for sustenance. 8) Too much anomaly in work. Some teams slog for long hours and weekends to meet deadline, while few teams seem totally jobless. 9) Stagnation of career path. A whole bunch of people have been here for ages, yet not promoted.
