      good people in other departments, nice office, flexible

      Cons

      bad management, culture, team members, always getting sued as recent as last year we all former and current employees got a conservation pay of a lawsuit. they try to cheat the system as they were in other country to not pay OT and other things

      After you leave Lumentum, unlikely to end up working for a worse company environment :-)

      Cons

      Often it seems as if the company policy is no to care about their employees. Very old school regarding management, policies toward employees, etc. Not the healthiest culture in the valley.
