      People are nice and hardworking

      Cons

      Management is not people type, work life balance is very poor. Make you work very long hours and demand too many things from a single person that initially at the time of hiring is not exposed. DTOs are deceptive I would work for a company that has vacations not DTO from now on.

We offer Discretionary Time Off (DTO) to our exempt employees in the US and Canada to allow time-off to help employees achieve balance between their home life and work life work. DTO is not capped and is purely at the discretion of each employee and their manager, balancing business requirements with personal needs.

We are a global company and we have international locations so some production is off-shore to accommodate the business needs. It is well-know that the best hires are from employee referrals.
