      Pros

      Bonus twice a year. Top management in the US is great

      Cons

      Poor training programs. There is a culture of the more experienced personnel not anting to share knowledge. Low pay. People are leaving in droves. Very difficult to get annual leave approved making it difficult to plan holidays.
