      Pros

      The HR staffs are very friendly, considerate, and efficiency. The total time from interview to get hired is just one month. The first impression to the company is pretty good. The team, manager, products and working environment are all good. Sr. management has a weekly meeting to share company's information. Company also encourage employee to take vacation. (DTO)

      It is so far so good.

      Pros

      I joined Lumentum before the spin-off from JDSU. Throughout it all I have found the work scope and opportunity for growth to be excellent, and as well, the management to be supportive and enabling. The company has all the usual excellent SV high tech benefits, nice employee recognition programs, and a fun team environment. I can honestly say that when I wake up in the morning I look forward to the day, all it brings, and to spending time with my colleagues.

      Lots of work - sometimes a bit overwhelming
