Out of date tech, old equipment, old people

Pros

You can be the youngest, smartest, most energetic person cause there are so many old people, from top level to engineers. You can start a career and learn how the industry works. They will give you the most difficult work cause you are the smartest and should learn fast.

Cons

The tech is out of date, equipment very old to operate, so many old people doing nothing there. They will layoff young and talented people cause jealous of salary. You will feel isolated and abandoned because you are not one of them.
