      Good RD team. Coworkers are nice and knowledgable

      team is too big on my project. A lot of people evolved but may need more RD engineers to help

      Lots of time consuming work

      Pros

      - work life balance is reasonable - bonus is minimal and doesn't corollate with your performance. - everyone gets a fixed bonus %, if you work hard or not

      Cons

      - there's better way to do things, but the current process won't allow it.

      Friendly environment, great team, nice people and very helpful...

      Cons

      Target settings are not realistic so always in firefighting attitude that wastes lots of engineering resources. Not good for cost reduction and efficiency. Some management levels are disconnected to the real situation and working team so business data for management planning are not correct.
