They do not care about you. You are just a number to them. It doesn't matter if it is a slow day where the call center didn't get many calls, or if you have the "bad luck" of getting several calls from patients asking directions or asking for their records. If you don't answer enough calls and schedule a certain percentage of those calls for appointments per their made up (and not communicated to you) quotas, you will be "retrained" (aka written up) Do you want to move up in your company? Get promoted, get an annual raise that at least meets inflation? You will not get this here.
