      US Radiology Specialists is a fantastic company that values its employees and promotes from within. I was promoted to Workforce Analyst after just six months, despite having no prior experience in the role. The company recognizes hard work and provides monthly bonuses for meeting performance goals. Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to meet the former CEO and board members, which speaks to the collaborative and inclusive culture here. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to grow my career.

      US Radiology Specialists is an amazing place to work with a strong focus on growth and employee recognition. The only area for improvement would be enhancing communication between leadership and agents on the floor. However, this has significantly improved and continues to get better every day, reflecting the company's commitment to progress and collaboration. Overall, it’s a great environment to thrive in!

      Company does not value employees. Salary is low compared to local institutions. Yearly salary increases are very low. Monetary bonuses are insulting. For example for Radiologic Technology Appreciation week, technologists only received a bag of candy and $20 gift certificate. While the company makes 819 million per year.
