At one point the company culture made this this company one of the best places to work in Austin.

Cons

Too much indecisiveness, non-transparency from leadership, and too much employee turnover.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We recently went through a transition with the company that has resulted in a change in who we are, what we do and how we do it. With the changes, we have experienced some turnover which has resulted in us bringing on some great new talent and a new leadership team. Stay tuned to see and hear great things from DP!

Tenure has a clear path

Everything, this is the first job I have ever seen where tenure past 7 months- 1 year is actually realistic without burnout. Hiring is not a cattle call situation, you legitimately feel like the right person for the job, not just a person to fill a seat. I can not speak more highly of this role, of the management and of the company.

Cons

I got used to working from home, but even that isn't a real con just more of a performance. The hybrid model is the next best thing
