Everything Not a joke, they legitimately care, which is something I didn't think was possible in a sales career

Cons

Minus the Hybrid work setup (which is more of a personal preference leaning more towards WfH) there is nothing I have found I don't like

- not a whole lot but constant changes to be prepare for it

DP is a great company to work for. I love the hybrid work schedule, team-oriented culture, and having leaders that care about their employees and are invested into their success. I can't say enough great things about the people and all of the perks, they definitely make us feel valued here.
